Q. Its been some time and I still havent received my verification email. Whats happened?
A. Some ISPs are very intolerant and may block our emails. You may also need to check your junk mail and spam folders. For smooth operation we would recommend you sign up with and use Google's gmail as we have found them to be the best by far.
You will need to add support@2x2xtreme.com and admin@2x2xtreme.com to any whitelists or inbox managers you may be using like BoxBe.
Some emails to these providers dont go through, probably due to your junkmail settings :
AOL, Hotmail, Livemail, Yahoo, Comcast, Juno, Netzero, SBC
Q. What is my password and Security Question Answer?
If you use the short registration form, a temporary random password and Security Question answer will be sent to the email address you specified during registration.
If you use the long form, you will set these values yourself, and they will be encrypted for storage in the database. We are not able to decrypt these values so please take care and remember your values as we will not be able to re-issue them.
Q. What are the system requirements to access the 2X2Xtreme website and back-office.
A. A PC or laptop with an internet connection, preferably broadband. Please ensure you have the latest browser and email client installed.
We recommend you use Mozilla FireFox 3.6 or later, available as a free download from »HERE«
The system has also been tested and works perfectly with Opera 10 and Internet Explorer 8.
Please also ensure your browser can accept 'Cookies' and that you have 'Javascript' enabled.
Q. What does it cost to sign up?
A. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Registration is absolutely free and you will be allowed access to most parts of the back office and forums. Upgrading will allow you to participate in the compensation plan as well as allow access to the product line and additional back office tools.
